From 2021 to 2024 I was the Artistic Director for OKC Repertory Theater--which, under my leadership, became the resident theater of Oklahoma Contemporary. I successfully implemented a producing/presenting model to premiere international and national theater as well as locally produced contemporary plays. I created an ongoing annual partnership with the Under the Radar Festival in New York, currently in its fourth year.
I also creative directed the rebranding of the theater, including having the creative vision for the season identity and the key art for productions.

As part of ongoing efforts to build community, I conceived and executed audience engagement experiences that took place at every performances.
Rep Rallies: Rep Rallies were pop-up performances in the lobby.
Pre-Show Pastimes: Before every performance, activities were set up in the lobby. Audience members could write postcards, piece together mini-puzzles, or decorate a coloring sheet.
